At Lynle Ellis Designs we work with clients who want to enhance their lives by aligning with their homes. As they align more with their homes, they align more with their life’s experiences. What do we mean by “aligning with their home”?
Your home is an extension of who you are. The place where you laugh, love, eat, play, regenerate, heal and create. As you walk into your home after a long day away, either at work, out with the kids or even away on vacation, you feel like you are coming back into yourself, a reconnection with who you are. The outside world melts away and you enter into a familiar comfort perfectly tailored to your needs. That is what we mean when we say “Our clients align with their homes”.
Our clients value a collaborative, organized, detailed and efficient design approach, which allows them to continue with their busy lives even though they are building a new home, remodeling an existing home or renovating specific rooms. They realize that at the end of the project they will have a beautiful and functional home ideally encompassing their life’s experiences. Fee Structure
Full Design or Remodel:
Lynle Ellis Designs will conduct an initial meeting at no charge (preferably at your current or new residence) to determine the Scope of Services for your project. After the initial meeting, Lynle Ellis Designs will present an Estimate based on the Scope of Services. Lynle Ellis Designs uses a detailed “Design Process” list, which has been created based on years of experience. The Design Process is as follows: Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Contract Documentation, Contract Administration, Installation and Post Evaluation. Each of these phases have specific items to be completed prior to moving to the next phase of the project. By following this process, your design is organized and sequential, which allows for a smoothly flowing project. (A good thing) Once the Estimate is approved, a Letter of Agreement is completed and signed. A retainer is required prior to commencement of all projects.
One Time Consultation:
Lynle Ellis Designs provides one time Consultation Services for your residence for (1)one to (3) three hours. Prior to the Consultation meeting, you will be informed of the fee. Payment will be rendered at the end of the Consultation meeting.
A La Carte Consultation:
For any Consultation Services over (3) three hours, your Scope of Services will be determined and Lynle Ellis Designs will present an Estimate. The Estimate is created using a detailed “Design Process” list, as described in the Full Design section. Upon approval of the Estimate, a Letter of Agreement will be created and a retainer will be submitted to Lynle Ellis Designs prior to commencement of project.

- Same services as offered in Full Design
Any of the above services can be selected or omitted.
Each Letter of Agreement is created on an individual basis.
