 Your home is an extension of who you are. The place where you laugh, love, eat, play, regenerate, heal and create. As you walk into your home after a long day away, either at work, out with the kids or even away on vacation, you feel like you are coming back into yourself, a reconnection with who you are. The outside world melts away and you enter into a familiar comfort perfectly tailored to your needs. That is what we mean when we say “Our clients align with their homes”.

Our clients value a collaborative, organized, detailed and efficient design approach, which allows them to continue with their busy lives even though they are building a new home, remodeling an existing home or renovating specific rooms. Any of the above services can be selected or omitted. Each Letter of Agreement is created on an individual basis.
 

Full  Design or  Remodel:

Our clients choose from the list of “Services Offered” to determine the scope of work. Lynle Ellis Designs will also conduct an initial interview to determine any additional scope of services required for the project. Lynle Ellis Designs will then create a Letter of Agreement based on the scope of services. Lynle Ellis Designs always discusses all fees and payment schedules with our clients prior to signing the Letter of Agreement. A retainer is required prior to the commencement of all projects.

Consultation:

For one-time individual consultations, the client will be informed of the fee prior to the meeting and payment will be rendered at the end of the consultation. One time consultations range from 1 1/2 hours to a maximum of 3 hours for a flat one-time fee. The client will have a plan at the end of the consultation that they may implement on their own and within their scheduled time frame.

For Consultations taking longer than one meeting, a scope of services will be determined and a Letter of Agreement will be created. Lynle Ellis Designs has a 10 hour minimum for any services over a one time consultation. A retainer will also be requested prior to the commencement of any further work.
